We had a lovely time at Hotel Kilkenny. The three night package deal was excellent value for money. We look forward to our next visit as we would certainly return again. However, at dinner we were not offered the complimentary glass of wine as advertised with the package details. Also, we would have preferred if the complimentary water was sealed. I also have to say the "fruit" which was an added extra (3 apples) was very short of imagination, but as the water and fruit were freebies and we were on a value package it did not impact on our stay. fantastic hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great food. Stayed here twice and will be back for sure!
