Excelent hotel lovely rooms lovely food friendly staff..thank you

Staff were among the most professional, helpful and friendly I have ever met in a hotel, there were some problems with our room when we first checked in but they did everything possible to rectify the problems, also were more than happy to recommend things to do, restaurants, etc. Restaurant standards were excellent and again, the staff were excellent also. Leisure facilities were very good and maintained to a very high standard. I would however have expected for there to be a fridge in the rooms, especially the deluxe rooms, and also the bathroom would benefit from some attention and upgrading. The milk provided for tea in one of our rooms was also gone off, suggesting they aren't replaced very regularly. However these issues are minor and the excellent staff really make up for any shortcomings. In all, a lovely hotel with outstanding staff, will recommend.

We had a great 3 night stay. We really enjoyed the hotel comfort and the only reason for 4 stars in the "Standards of housekeeping and maintenance" was because in our room (number 134) there were small items loose (inside of door handle and tap in sink) or knocked about (towel rail beside sink). We also used the leisure facilities and they were very good. We plan to return. Thank you for the excellent service. Regards Paul Cahill
