The young lady at reception was more than helpful to us at time of check-in ,her name escapes me at the moment but we arrived at the hotel between 11am and 12 noon on Friday the 9th of Febuary ,many thanks to all who made our stay so memorable

Had a wonderful full days stay at Hotel Kilkenny. Meal was absolutely delicious in the restaurant, and the bedroom was beautifully decorated, we even got a lovely white bathrobe and slippers to use. The value for money that we got for this 3 day stay exceeded all our previous hotel breaks. The leisure centre was also up to a very high standard for cleanliness and facilities on offer. Hope to go back again soon!

Hotel was brilliantly located and all of the facilities were fantastic. I was impressed with the childrens play area and overall luxurious feel to the hotel. The jacuzzi/pool area were immaculate and I found the whole stay very relaxing which is exactly what I was looking for. The two guys playing guitar in the bar was lovely to listen to in the evening. Food was delicious but I was slightly disappointed that the Italian feel restaurant had very little pasta options on the menu. Only negative thing I'd have to say is the room I was given was underground in the basement and I was not aware when booking my stay that the accommadation was laid out that way. I'm chlostrophobic and the long walk down the dark corridor was the only thing I disliked about my stay. Would definately stay there again in the future and recommend it to any friends for sure.

Just a small Item we asked for Tomato sauce and for another basket of bread as we had met friends of ours at the table , it was from a guy in a suit not the Staff but we never recieved these items . It is just a small thing but we were just a little put out. But overall the staff were exceptional Dermot Field
